Order
When you complete your order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at [email protected].
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 3-5 days. (outside Sweden 5-10 days ) Note! Orders placed on weekends will be sent no earlier than the following Monday. If delays in the delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: [email protected].
Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed packages are returned to us. We reserve the right to charge the costs incurred in connection with this (shipping cost, handling fee, etc.).
Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the moment you receive a product you have ordered.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you regret your purchase. The message should be sent to: [email protected]. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which goods the return applies to.
Product returns can only be made after contact and confirmation from form925.
The product must not be used or damaged.
You must return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after receiving them.
You are responsible for the return shipping and the goods until they reach us. The goods must be sent well-packaged and in the boxes and protective materials they were delivered in, and you are obliged to keep the goods in the same condition as when you received them. If the goods are damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the product's original value when used or damaged products are returned.
Payment with gift cards is not compensated with money in case of a return; the value of the gift card is refunded with a new gift card.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that, due to health or hygiene reasons, have been sealed (plombed) and where the seal (plombing) has been broken by you.
Products that are of a sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made product, which has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the start of the service without the right of withdrawal.
Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food.
Loose issues of newspapers or magazines.
Complaints and Complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered, and no later than within 7 days of receipt.
Products damaged after receipt by the customer cannot be claimed.
6.1 How to proceed with a complaint:
Any faults and defects should always be reported to [email protected], where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault, preferably with an attached photo.
If we are unable to rectify the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damage that may occur due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances could include labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as certain color differences may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible.
There is always only one of each item in the Flower Power and Infinity collections. Other jewelry and sculptures that do not belong to any collection, designed and manufactured by form925, will be available in the webshop as unique items and are included under "there is always only one of each." Infinity is sculptural jewelry and small sculptures in silver and bronze inspired by and shaped from the vitality and changeability of the horse chestnut's different developmental phases, from the first buds of spring to the chestnuts of autumn. Flower Power is a jewelry series where flowers have given shape and strength to pendants, necklaces, and earrings. The perfection in the imperfect and the unique in each flower is preserved in each piece of jewelry. Irregular shapes characterize the objects and are part of the expression. Each object is unique and its original, the plant part that lent its form to a piece of jewelry or sculpture in Infinity and Flower Power has burned up in the process and will always be preserved in a single unique copy.
Jewelry from form925 should be seen as wearable sculptures. They do not withstand rough handling; to protect the jewelry, it should be removed before sleeping, showering, bathing, exercising, and similar activities. Jewelry should be put on after applying skin cream and perfume to reduce the oxidation of the silver and preserve the shine of the jewelry.
The range may also include chains, neck rings, simpler rings, bracelets, and other accessories and/or other jewelry with simpler designs. These articles may be available in multiple copies and are complementary or accessories and do not claim to be unique in their design.

10.4.1 Payment Provider
When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. The data stored is first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identity number is also saved by the payment provider. The information is saved to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers (payment services) we use are Klarna.
10.4.2 Shipping Company
To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Dispute and Choice of Law
